Our clients are the owners of the properties we manage. 

Our responsibilities to our clients

At AgriCare, Inc. we take our responsibility seriously to care for our client's properties in a manner that is professional, economical, environmentally conscious, and utilizing sound farming practices.

We provide them with budgets, cost tracking, financial updates, bookkeeping services, harvest tracking, income tracking, work with their accountants, prepare all accounting data for income tax preparation, monitor farm labor contractors and provide year end 1099 reports, provide banking services when requested, answer all surveys both written and telephone, maintain historical data, and maintain complete files. 

In addition, we maintain current information on market status, packing facilities, chemical applications, work with insurance adjusters.

We are prepared to do "whatever it takes!"  Sometimes this means writing letters, sending faxes, looking up addresses, or just taking the time to stop and talk to a client no matter how busy we are.

Services Available for Clients

Each client has an individual management contract.

Prices for services are calculated on a per acre basis depending on the services included in the management agreement.

Services range from:

Management only
Management and Technical Services
Consulting
Bookkeeping

All other services are charged according to the hours spent or in the case of equipment used, according to a custom rate.
