Tom Avinelis
   
The owner and manager of AgriCare, Inc. is Tom Avinelis.  He has been a resident of Tulare County since graduating from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 1980.  Tom holds a Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy.  He is a licensed pest control advisor and pest control operator.  Tom has been a board member of California Citrus Mutual since 1998.  He is past president of the California Olive Committee, has served on the California Olive Association Political Action Committee and the Glassy-Winged Sharpshooter Task Force.  He currently serves as Vice President of the California Blueberry Association.  Tom personally owns or is an active partner in several other agricultural ventures including Golden Wolf Partners, Bristol Ag Partners, Balboa Partners LLC, Grey Wolf Partners, Sun Wolf Partners, Terra Bella North LLC, and DNE Partners, LLC.

Don Mabs
    The supervisor over all Tulare and Kern County properties is Don Mabs.  Don holds a Bachelor’s Degree from California Polytechnic State University - Pomona.  Graduating with honors, his major was in Fruit Industries, with an emphasis on plant and fruit physiology and pathology, soils, and chemistry including biochemistry.  After graduating from college, Don went to work for the family citrus business managing 2,000 acres of oranges and apples.  Don joined the AgriCare Team in 1995 bringing a wide range of experience and knowledge.

Cindy Castro
    The office manager for AgriCare, Inc. is Cindy Castro.  She grew up in the Lindsay area and has been involved with agriculture throughout her life.  After receiving her education, Cindy, through hands on experience, brings to AgriCare a broad range of office managerial experience, finance analysis and computer skills.  She has been employed by AgriCare, Inc. since it's beginnings in 1990.  Cindy is a licensed Notary Public.

Dan Veleta
  
    Dan Veleta is the Area Manager for all of Tulare County.  He coordinates and directly supervises all field staff work activities.  He brings vast knowledge and expertise in the day to day attention required to best utilize equipment and personnel to most efficiently and cost effectively farm for our clients.

Debby Feaver
   
Debby Feaver grew up in Visalia, California, and attended college at California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo where she obtained a BS in Computer Science.  After that she worked for H & W - a fruit marketing company - for eleven years before joining the AgriCare team in May of 2001.  Since that time Debby has been a valuable asset in the office in managing computer systems, supervising personnel, and commodity tracking.

Maria Flores
   
Maria Flores is the office manager in AgriCare's Arvin office.  She began working for AgriCare seasonally in 2002, and came back to work full time the following year.  Maria is always available to answer questions for direct inquiries to the appropriate individual.  She assists our field personnel and processes all paperwork for the Kern County operations.

Tony Figueroa
   
Tony Figueroa joined the AgriCare Team in 2004.  He is Area Manager for Kern County operations.  He coordinates and directly supervises all field staff work activities. He brings vast knowledge and expertise in the day to day attention required to best utilize equipment and personnel to most efficiently and cost effectively farm for our clients.

Eloy Mojarro
   
Eloy Mojarro first started working for AgriCare in 1994.  He moved into the position of Harvest Supervisor in 2004 and coordinates all harvest and crew activities for citrus, blueberries, cherries and table grapes in Kern County.

Alex Gonzalez
   
Alex Gonzalez is a field supervisor for some of the Tulare County operations.  He also works as AgriCare's safety manager insuring all safety practices are followed and documented.  Under Alex's direction, AgriCare strives diligently to maintain a safe working environment for all our employees.
